1.7 This collective agreement benefits and binds the parties and their rights holders. 2.5.2 If a strike or lockout begins during the central negotiations, the continuation of the collective agreement is suspended until an agreement on essential conditions is ratified in accordance with Section 11(4) PECBA or the central conditions are otherwise settled. The collective agreement between the city and cupE Local 46, announced at Monday`s Council meeting, will come into effect from January 2020 until December 31, 2022. 1.5 The implementation of this collective agreement does not lead to a teacher currently employed earning less than the salary calculated under a previous collective agreement, unless TEBA and the association have agreed to it. (5) An initial experience bonus may be awarded after the commitment. The amount of assistance is set by a committee composed of a representative of the school court, the superintendent of schools and two representatives of the A.T.A. The amount of compensation must be determined by the unanimous agreement of the members of the Committee. (1) TEBA and the association. (2) The school jurisdiction concerned. (3) Teachers covered by the collective agreement who are affected by the bonus. 2.4.1 Notwithstanding paragraph 2 of Article 59 of the Labour Code, a notice of opening of local negotiations by a school court or association must be notified, but not more than 60 days after the ratification of the collective agreement under Section 11, paragraph 4, of the PECBA or other central agreements.
1.4 School justice reserves all administrative rights, unless the express provisions of the collective agreement do not mean otherwise. 1.1 This letter of appeal is made in accordance with Article 8 of the collective agreement (practical conditions). The parties agree that when teachers` teaching time is compressed and current collective agreements are tacit, teachers are given a break from the extra time provided in the table below. The next 0.25 days are rounded for this calculation. Both sides recognize the need for flexibility to maintain the school justice schedule, but also to assure teachers that longer teaching days can lead to a break for teachers. 2.7.1 The association and TEBA may at any time agree to negotiate revisions to the central points of the collective agreement. These changes will come into effect from the date the association and TEBA agree. 1.1 This collective agreement applies to any person who requires a teacher`s certificate as a precondition for the use of a school court, with the exception of positions agreed to be excluded in local negotiations between a school court and the association. 2.5.1 Notwithstanding Article 130 of the Labour Code, a collective agreement applicable between the parties at the time of notification up to 2 applies if a notice of opening negotiations is notified. If a general salary increase (s) for a transaction agreement is expected either during the first year (September 1, 2016 to 31. August 2017) or second year (September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2018) above 0%, the general salary increase negotiated under this transaction agreement is more than 0% on the wage network, administrative allowances and the daily wages of teachers replacing collective agreements with the association during the first or second year and the dates (e) negotiated as part of the comparison agreement concerned.
